I live in Chicago but I love the Pacific Northwest. I worked/lived in Alaska the summer of 2008 and you can find many pictures from my journey there if you start at the beginning of this blog. I got an email this morning about a limited addition t-shirt for Hot Chip by Nick Relph and I clicked on link immediately and it’s already been snatched up. Not Fair Europe. still haven’t named her yet but i’m leaning toward “Thrace” and if she had a pedigree the long name would be “Kara Thrace and her Special Destiny”. This gives me a lot of options of what to call her. ’Thrace’, ’Kara Thrace’ or ‘Starbuck’ when she’s just being a bad ass or being bad.
yesterday, on World AIDS day, I reflected on too many people I lost to AIDS. Truth be told I remember them a lot of days but try and think about the good days most.
